When starting a program, is it similar to physical training in the sense that you should pick a direction first? Like length or girth? Or can you do both at the same time? For example, You could work to build muscle and lean out at the same time but it takes longer to see results because they both require different kinds of “diets” for growth in the way that their specific trainings dictate. Like mass up in the winter and lean out in the summer. If so, it is better to choose a route first, is there a recommended route to take or is it specific to what the individual is trying to accomplish (I would imagine the latter)? If I have to choose I would say girth at my lowly 6 inch length but when I read the SRT intro I got the impression that it is better to start at lengthening. And advise will be greatly appreciated.
