What you WEIGH is nowhere near as important as
how it's COMPOSED.
Fat is the least dense component of human composition.
Bone, muscle, connective tissue, skin, organs all "weigh" more than fat per cubic volume.

You gotta be able to compare your volume with your
weight to get a good estimation of your bodyfat.
Unless you're trying to fit into a specific category don't pay as much attention to that number we call "
weight", pay more attention to what your body is athletically capable of and how your measurements add up.
