Where did this extra inch come from??

Now that ive gianed ocer an inch in length I question where did it come from??

Is it new penis ?? or is it simpley old streched out penis??

I read about ligs geting streched, what gets steched is it the skin by the base of the penis??

The reason I ask is the extra inch by the base of the penis has more hair, unlike the rest of it.

The ligs connect your penis to the pubic bone. See, you have a kind of untapped source of penis "inside" your body and stretching the ligs allow more of that to "come out". For some people, especially circumsized men from what I gather, you also get some stretching of the skin from the base (to cover the extra length). So it's both old and new in a sense.
