when to do or timing of stretching

dont know if this has ever been addressed but something i have been doing and have really enjoyed and that some of you guys may want to try doing is stretching exercises after jelq/girh sessions, in terms of athletic training it is most beneficial to stretch out following exercise so that the tendons and muscle tissue heal in the elongated state. just a thought, makes sense, and i have been applying to my workouts with good results.

You may want to look into the topic of length work after orgasm. I think there may be a correlation between the 2 ideas.
