In a few weeks my strength cycle will be complete and I will be looking to pack on the pounds in a more aesthetically pleasing manner.
Lets face it most people workout to look good naked. And thats about it. Being healthier, living longer and improved quality of life are just icing on the cake. But I'm wanting to know what books ya'll have read and workouts you have done with improved results. I'm 100% raw so I don't want some muscle mag advice but something that will give me brute strength and the muscles that go with it.
Starting strength is going great but I want something that leans more toward hypertrophy. I've done Max-Ot with great results. I tried to HST but didn't get that great results. German Volume Training gave me endurance but that was about it, no strength or size. I pack on size easy and have good genetics. I just want my body to better reflect the sex god that I am this summer.
