What works for you dilemma

I want to talk about the "Find what works for you" dilemma , i want you to share your thoughts about this with me , do you think strongly that some methods of PE works better for certain people , how stretch is the relation between genetics and methods.
 
Indeed, some methods work better for some guys. I think a big part of that is what a guy enjoys and can keep doing consistently and with an excited attitude. If you always dread your next workout, you do it less and less and soon, you quit altogether.
 
How many hours per day do you need to hang for significant results , how many years into hanging do you have and how much did u gain in lenght

Hanging takes commitment in the commitment usually is around 3 to 4 set a day of 20 minutes. From here I think you should also think about including other length exercises to help enhance the hanging. As far as time goes and how you make gains that’s all about your commitment and your ability to increase intensity when the time is right.

I absolutely love pumping, also enjoy extending. Anything where I can see my penis growing! will be getting a lengthmaster as soon as possible!
 
Did you get significant lenght from pumpin ?

When I started out I was not conditioned so I got less than erect length in the pump. After my conditioning period and being able to handle 4-5Hg I was getting erect length in the pump. Now I am 2/3 inch longer than erect in my pump! so gained 2/3 inch in SFL thats just from pumping 10mins per day every day for maybe 2 months at the start of the year and now another 1 month this fall.

I feel you NEED to have a ruler on your pump and pump to a certain length every time, only end the session when you reach your goal length! Bathmate has a ruler :)
 
do u recommend extenders for lenght , how much u gained with it

I dont know exactly which was the biggest thing, but using a extender for such short time (total less than 100hrs I estimate) it's got to have been the pumping for 3 months once a day that gave me the stretched flaccid length SFL increase of 2/3 inches. Im going to incorporate the Lengthmaster now in my routine and hope to really start seeing some EL increases, just need to buy it but will do that very soon.

And to answer how much you can gain the big studies come to the conclusion of on avarage people gained 1 inch in 1000hrs with tension around 1-1,5kg. They measure only tension and hours. However I think it's more important to measure lenght in the extender, go for more bars as soon as it is possible and repeat. patience. I see you are maybe a little but unsure on what to do and you really are motivated for gains which is great! Just pick one thing - manual lenghtmaster or extender. And do PE every single day until you have 1000hrs from either one and I can guarantee you will have 1 inch, at least.

Not sure there were "big studies". Only one that I recall from years ago which some extender promoters like to cite. They leave out the likely FACT that the participants were guys who probably never did any previous methods and would have gained from literally any method like most newbies will.

for me I can honestly say I don't have much time due to work, about the only 2 things I have been doing is some manual exercises and pumping with the bathmate

If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
