What stretcher to use in combination with penis pump?

Hey guys!

I used to do PE using bathmate hydromax and then some regular pressure stretcher (whatever you could get like 10 years ago). All in all I managed to get my penis some 1cm larger. I haven't done any PE for some 3 years but id like to start again. Just wondering, diring all this time, what stretching device should I use?

Imo bathmate is still good, at least for circumference, but what should I use for length? The stretcher I used was quite rough for my glands and it was slipping out all the time. +easy to overwork it.

Id really love to see your oppinion in order to find the best way for myself to gain some few cm in length.

Commonly, the BathMate (BM) device is focused mainly on girth, and if you are lucky, length can also be gained. However, girth devices are focused on girth, UNLESS you use a very tight cylinder to restrict girth expansion and force terminal (the end of your penis) extension. THe maximum gain from simply pumping while gaining girth is 10%, and using pumps for length only max out around 30% compared to length routines using hands and devices.

As brother @huge-girth pointed out, the effective device is a traction device. However, you have to understand that if you are chasing after length, don't just stop at one device, but a suite of devices. Here's why:
  • Use your hands to stretch using newbie SRT (< a link now) to prime your tissues. In the first month or two, your penis is slowly adjusting to adopt the new tension and understand the new traction stresses to come.
  • Once that transition period is over, you need to increase your intensity to optimize your penile tissues to break down. This is where a device like Length Master 3 and extender comes into play. Extender is a semi-static device, with limited angles you can use to stretch your penis. You can use hanging with pulleys to increase the angles of stretches, but LM3 beats all the devices because of its flexibility. There is a short learning curve to wrap your penis to gain maximum comforts, but that comes along with any device.
  • Once your penis is primed from the stretches, you can use the SiliStretcher2 (SS2) or an extender to keep your penis under traction force to keep it elongated. This is where continuous growth starts. Some brothers like to use wrapping tapes over the traction devices like the SS2 and extenders, but tapes will have less control over the traction load going beyond 1.1kg to maximize your growth.
If you want to fast track your growth, this is the only method. HOWEVER!!! If you think you can bruteforce your new PE journey without heeding the warnings by overworking your penis, your brother @notmeanymore and a few others will tell you, "Stay off PE!" Safety is the first thing on your mind when you are doing PE.

I wouldn’t recommend a thing at all. There is zero warning. There was also no brute force. No pain, bruising, rawness, soreness,nothing. No indication whatsoever I was gonna wake up completely hurt forever.felt absolutely normal and great actually. Until I woke up one morning. Ain’t none of this nonsense worth any of it.
