What is happening??

I have noticed this for weeks maybe even before starting pumping and jelqing again. This side of my penis right side (can't see in these pics) the skin will puff out total length maybe 1 inch it happens after using sex toys or hard masturbation. Last night I noticed it. The veins don't really seem to puff out just the skin and bone none of it is 'hard' like Google says thrombosis is 'hard' . But it's does look similar so I'm very afraid idk wtf it is. Last night the puffy line of skin was there woke up it was gone also did bad masturbating last night using shampoo as lube on my sex toy out of lube. As far as veins the self they don't seem to stick out much unless during pumping above 12-15hg and when pressure drops so does that visibility to like none under 10-11hg. What is this should I be worried??? It's not hard but I'm not going to falsely assure myself it's not thrombosis unless people with more knowledge know it's not. The skin when it does puff out it's only after like I said harsh masturbating it stays there just few hours to at the most about half the night. It's like puffy puffing out no hardness the veins stay about in normal place.
This piece of shit phone wouldn't show all 6-8 pics I took of my penis all blurry but this one. You can see little those are veins it goes up but longer down big longer branches. After the harsh masturbating when I do this sometimes the SKIN puffs out like I estimate an 8 or 12 of an inch and you can really see the veins but they aren't puffing out just much more visible than normal the skin goes back to normal or like 95% normal over some hours. I'm very worried

Also, can ace tape or penis sleeve count as a wrap? The sleeve I find much better for jelqing it compresses too
