Hello guys... First of all I will present my program I'm about to start so please give me opinions (soon i will post my starting measurements)
I like my girth so for now i will focus only on my length which was 13cm NBPEL and 16cm BPEL (for exact measurements, soon)
Workout:
Edging (for warm up, after masturbation i feel my penis is really more stretchable and i like it)
A- stretch 3x30sec
Side to side 50reps (+10 every another session)
Basic stretching straight out and upside (in every direction) 2x 1min
Few helicopters
Kegels 20 (3 sec hold, 3 sec release) in the evening
I'm on Intermittent fasting, which is good way to increase Growth Hormone (GH) which will help to heal and increase in size, additionally i will use Vit C supplements to improve Collagen type 1 synthesis which is main building component of Tunica albuginea. I'm attacking the tunica lots with A-stretches so i think Vit C would help to recover faster.
Brothers, give me your opinions... Should i change something, should I add... ??
