What do you think about my only-length program?

Hello guys... First of all I will present my program I'm about to start so please give me opinions (soon i will post my starting measurements)

I like my girth so for now i will focus only on my length which was 13cm NBPEL and 16cm BPEL (for exact measurements, soon)

Workout:
Edging (for warm up, after masturbation i feel my penis is really more stretchable and i like it)
A- stretch 3x30sec
Side to side 50reps (+10 every another session)
Basic stretching straight out and upside (in every direction) 2x 1min
Few helicopters
Kegels 20 (3 sec hold, 3 sec release) in the evening

I'm on Intermittent fasting, which is good way to increase Growth Hormone (GH) which will help to heal and increase in size, additionally i will use Vit C supplements to improve Collagen type 1 synthesis which is main building component of Tunica albuginea. I'm attacking the tunica lots with A-stretches so i think Vit C would help to recover faster.

Brothers, give me your opinions... Should i change something, should I add... ??

The program is looking pretty good, I like the progressive overload that you are going to be doing with the side to side stretches. I’d recommend doing bundled stretching as well if you haven’t already added that, I’m currently doing about 6 minutes a day (3 minutes each way) and then whenever I take off my silistretcher I do another 30 seconds each way. This leads me to my next point, I highly suggest using some sort of ads device so that your penis can heal in an extended state after you are done your stretching routine. If you want to go the money saving route you can buy and ace bandage or a SiliSleeve from the MOS shop, or if you’re willing to spend a bit of extra money I highly suggest purchasing a vacuum based traction device such as the silistretcher.

overall though the program looks good. keep up the good work brother!

Thanks for posting and I have a little bit of advice that might help. I would go to the newbie routine and do every stretch in that routine because he hit every conceivable angle of growth.

I also think that you should include these 2 stretches. Erect stretching, expressive stretching. Both are very powerful in bringing growth. I also think you should do the testicle health massage and stretch that is found in the newbie routine.

Always be sure to practice SRT methods of healing. This is probably the best advice I can give you.

Lastly, I suggest you do the Full PC work out found in the newbie routine.

Actually, i gained 1 cm about year ago currently from this training, only with masturbating as warmup and stretching, nothing more.
I have some questions...

1.You suggest me to do, newbie program + erect and expressive stretching... Right?
2. How to do erect and expressive stretching? Any tutorial?
3. This all exercises i should do every day or how many days on/off?

Erect stretches are very simple. Get a 100% erection gripping right below the head stretch straight out in front of you for as long as you can. I would do this for 10 minutes three times a week.

expressive stretching can be done many ways if you have a Lengthmaster you can do hole stretching or low grip stretching. If you have a pump you can do DLD hardcore stretches, you can also do these manually by gripping at your extreme base and stretching from there. I would do these every workout spending about 10 minutes.

Can i do full time at once? I see there are 3 sets by 30 Seconds = 1min and 30 seconds.
Instead doing 3x30, can i just do 1x1:30 in every direction or 2x45sec?

Yes you can and you can chop it up anyway you desire. You can even break the session into three separate sections. The point is you’re getting quality and intense training. You also want to use every stretch in that routine because they fit every possible angle of growth

By breaking into three separate sections you mean lets say İ first pull to left down, middle, upwards 2x45 sec and then move to other sections right?
