What do you guys think of the principles of PNF stretching applied to penis stretching?
So for example: Stretching downward and holding a reverse kegel or just doing reverse kegels for 30 seconds. Then the next 30 seconds you will be still be stretching downwards but instead of reverse kegels you will do regular kegels (as if mimicking the act of skeletal muscle contractions). Then the next 30 seconds you reverse kegel to get a deeper stretch.
Have we tested this before? If not does it seem unreasonable or like a reasonable idea?
