ok well i been stretching for awhile and am able to stretch pretty intensely so my thought was to stretch for about 30-45 seconds at each angle (i count to 30 and i timed it and its usually around their) and for first 10 counts i give a nice stretch then i pull a bit harder for the next 10 counts then intensify again for the next 10 counts.
what do you think is this good idea or bad? or has anyone else been doing this also? opinions please because i feel a great amount of stretchiness by doing this
