Welcome to the Brotherhood, @shackdiesel, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Awesome so glad you found us! Have a look through SRT and also have a look through the newbie routine, read through them and jot down a rough routine with any questions you might have and we will help you set up a routine. You could also use the routines as they are written which I think is best to do. I also suggest you start to progress in a routine thread starting the layout you’re starting sizes and you’re goals. You can post a rough draft of the routine and we can help critique it. You can also take pictures if you want. And most guys use their routine in progress threads as a daily journal too. It’s the best way for us to help you and for you to keep track of what you’re doing. I look forward to working with you my brother!
