Welcome to the Brotherhood, @priapusadept, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Hi everybody! Not totally new to PE here, some extender practice, some jelquing in the past but nothing steady enough to see consistent gains. I have some problem with erection quality but my lifestyle has improved a lot so I hope to get things straight (lol). I'm starting from 14.5 cm NBPEL, 12 cm EG.
I'll concentrate mainly on stretching. Let's see what happens!

Thanks for coming out introducing yourself that’s such a big step and you just put yourself into the family! I will suggest that you look through SRT and the newbie routine as these two threads will give you great guidance. The newbie routine was created to build a solid foundation to grow upon. I suggest that you start with that routine but implement many of the healing techniques in SRT. Between these two routines you should be able to come up with something brilliant. If you need any help just ask.
