Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Positive247, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hey DLD thanks for the warm welcome. Just wondering if you can tell me which best excersises for gaining girth, and how long should be doing them. Not to fussed on length yet mainly working on girth ATM. I clamp 1hr a day, 30mins jelq, and SSJ bout 10mins. Is that enough? Or should I SSJ 30 also. Don't have devices just hand ?

If you’re using only your hands then the SSJ would be the best routine but if you can score a Bathmate you can do the 5×5×3 which takes girth to the next level. I really would not clamp as there are dangers that can be permanent, especially discoloration and thrombosis. The 5×5×3 will give you the safest and fastest way to pack on girth.
