My current stats are:

5.75" NBPEL
4.75" EG

with a fairly moderate curve to the left at about between 70-80 degrees that I badly want to straighten out. I'm not new to PE but I haven't dedicated myself to it like I wanted to, so now I'm going all in to finally gain the penis size and shape that I want for myself. My current goal is to get to 7" NBPEL and 6" EG with my penis straightened out.

The way that I plan on getting there after reading DLD's SRT, exercises correcting a bend in the penis and other tools like the Mityvac which I bought a couple of weeks ago which is absolutely fucking amazing and fun to use dry or wet btw!

My routine is to use the LM to do 4 sets of bundled stretches in all positions left, center and right at the top, middle, bottom and behind the cheeks to help breakdown the tunica for preparation for bend correction and girth exercises by starting with 100 erect bend jelqs in the opposite direction of the bend. With every 5 erect bend jelqs, I plan on doing an erect bend to the right and hold that for 30 seconds or until the erection is soft enough to do the DLD bends which I didn't even know that you thought of these bends as I came to the same conclusion that doing this to my penis "felt right" to correct the bend and give the left chamber the much needed expansion it needs to straighten out and become full like the right side CC is.

So with that I'll have done 100 erect bend jelqs, 20 erect bends and 20 DLD bends. Followed lastly by using the Mityvac to pump between 5-7 HG for five minutes at a time up to 3-4 times total. When I first start to pump, I pump to 10 HG for 30 seconds to a minute just to make sure that my penis is sucked into the tube all the way along with the Silisleeves being snugly fit before going back down to 5-7 HG, and I make sure to use baby oil on the Silisleeve while pumping.

I also have the JES extender that I bought years ago and have been wearing that for an hour or two throughout the day but it kind of sucks in that I have to take it off after an hour to make sure that my penis is resupplied with fresh blood and that it's not numb from loss of circulation. I'm not sure how effective using the JES extender really is for correcting a penis bend and if it's even worth the time and effort to have it on everyday, but this is pretty much my routine that I'm sticking by to reach my goal of a straightened 7" NBPEL and 6" EG penis.

Brilliant! can you make a progress + routine thread, and if possible, please put this into that so it doesn't get lost in here.
 
Excellent planning and I think the smartest thing to do now is to create a progress and routine thread to lay out your routine, the exercises you’re going to use, the tools you’re going to incorporate, your current size measurements and anything else that would be helpful to your journey. Once you’ve created this thread we will be able to help you refine it if necessary
