Welcome to the Brotherhood, @MountYork, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Thanks DLD & Arkailija. I'll check out those routines. Hard 6.5" Girth 5". Soft approx 4.5 & 4". Modest goals (for starters) length 7 and girth 6. Aims....looking bigger at the beach etc (so increase in flaccid size would be good) , general increase in confidence/ego etc. Might be a good motivator to harden up the body too, hovering around 90kg but look better at 85. I have ordered a Lengthmaster, some Silisleeves and Rings. Planning to pick up a Bathmate soon too.

So good to hear from you I’m so proud of you coming out and introducing yourself. You’re starting at about my exact size so I automatically think if I can do it you can do it LOL it looks like you has almost everything you need to get started with SRT the only thing I do not see is an extender and I’m glad you don’t have one written up yet because we have just come Out with the most incredible extender ever, it does everything the every other extender on the market does in one tool. I always ask men to go through SRT and the Newbie Routine before they ask for routine guidance so have a quick read through and then I suggest you start a progress and routines thread.
