Welcome to the Brotherhood, @mandatorypower, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hello, I'm mandatory power my starting size was 5.5 inches with 6 inches of girth, I have done PE on and off for years and I am about 7 + now with 6.5 in girth, My goal is 8.5 and up

Nice gains already! With consistent workouts I think you'll hit your goals. Your girth sounds fantastic!

Make a progress log and eye on the routines mentioned by DLD. If there's been a pause, it's good to start with the basics. :)

Again, welcome to the Brotherhood! You obviously need no more girth because your gigantic. That’s 7 inches in length you’re pretty big in that way also. I suggest you go with the length only routine check out SRT for the best at length routine.
 
Thanks I posted pics too, I am trying to do an manual only routine though I have the bathmate , I been following the srt just now making myself apart of the brother hood instead of just training I actually measured at 8 inches after doing a same rountine for 4 months but I fell off and have not measured since I assumed I am around 7 plus but trying to train for 6 months before measuring again or atleast 4-5 months but I am for certain I will never fall off again I will train 4-7 days for life from here on out . I could of lost size too because I gained alot of weight as well so who knows

You may never know but I wouldn’t worry about it and the gains lost are made back quickly after you restart. Take a solid set of measurements and start a progress thread. Do you have a link to your pictures? They should be in your progress thread too.

My thing is figuring out should I include equipment or supplements (the ones I have or keep it 100 percent manual)? I intial 2 inches can from just manuals but like I said I lost some of that when I started training lazy etc etc . my goal is permenant growth and my questioning is around is it better to focus just on manual or use all the extra stuff

To use equipment or not to use equipment ... you certainly can make gains manually, as you know.

The caveat is that with most users it only gets them so far, in that you need to be extremely dedicated, determined, and motivated to keep with manual work. Its not easy, done it myself when I started back in 2001, and it can get very repetitive, and boring.

Equipment such as pumps, extenders, ADS, sleeves, hangers will take it to another level for you, in fact the lengthmaster can do the manual work with much more intensity, not to mention the 'A' stretch blasters like never before.

Pumping is permanent, if its done correctly, and combined with other methods it works very well.

Hanging weights gives you another area you cannot train by hand, with weight hanging from your penis.

Extenders and ADS hold your penis in a stretched state for an amount of time you could not replicate in the flesh.

So, although manuals work, they have a shelf life, and most PE'ers will have at least one device they use these days.

I think as you like manuals, the device for you would be the lengthmaster, because it was designed with that person in mind, and doubles up as a compression hanger for weights.

Also, as you were lazy in the past, it may be beneficial to purchase an extender like the SizeDoctor, as you can simply put that on, get it at the level of torsion needed, and leave it be.
