Welcome to the Brotherhood, @lovethick8, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Thanks DLD. Starting out here at BPEL 7" and MEG of 5.5. Hoping to get to 8 x 6.

Now that’s an easy goal! Do you want 1 inch in length and you want to half an inch in girth I think you can do this inside six months. What are you using for a routine right now?
 
What routine are you using? Congratulations.
 
I am only stretching using the Restorex device for two 30 minute sessions of stretching. No other exercises right now until I achieve my length goal.
 
Are you getting in bundled stretching before you start your routine? This is very important in the way of making growth. You can read about this and much more depth in the SRT thread.
