@DLD. I’ve been researching the PE topic since I had a bout with ED caused by poor diet, lack of exercise, depression, no sex, and almost no drive.
This was a little over two years ago. I was more into the ED side of things since that was the most pressing issue. I was concerned with my heart health and testosterone levels and being into fitness I knew I could turn part off that around.
I started working out again and running and changed my diet a bit. I still drank a decent amount at this time but even with drinking I dropped a few pounds and started feeling better and eventually got my groove back on the erection front. I added Kegels and a very brief stint with a penis pump and turned things around. I got into a new FWB situation on a very regular basis and she helps me a lot on the sex therapy side of things. I was even able to tackle some pre-mature ejaculation issues that cropped up.
Things progressed and one day I pulled out the ruler and realize my 7” penis was barely hitting 6” on a good day. This bewildered me and I doubted myself until I found articles about penis atrophy due to inactivity poor health etc. It had been like this since I was able to finally get it up again.
So I eventually surfed enough of the web that I ran into your site about PE and decided to go ahead and join the brotherhood and put forth the effort to make a change in my size and try to regain what I had before and If I can do that I’m not gonna stop until I hit 9” or 10” depending on how it feels.
I too was on meds for depression and it affected me in a similar way as you. After watching your videos online and the fact that you are passing this knowledge along as free information to help other men I just couldn’t help but believe you brother.
I need to pick a routine and make some official first time measurements in the ways described and get started. I want to make sure I understand everything fully before I get started.
