Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Kraven, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Thanks for welcoming me to the brotherhood @DLD. I’ve been researching the PE topic since I had a bout with ED caused by poor diet, lack of exercise, depression, no sex, and almost no drive.

This was a little over two years ago. I was more into the ED side of things since that was the most pressing issue. I was concerned with my heart health and testosterone levels and being into fitness I knew I could turn part off that around.

I started working out again and running and changed my diet a bit. I still drank a decent amount at this time but even with drinking I dropped a few pounds and started feeling better and eventually got my groove back on the erection front. I added Kegels and a very brief stint with a penis pump and turned things around. I got into a new FWB situation on a very regular basis and she helps me a lot on the sex therapy side of things. I was even able to tackle some pre-mature ejaculation issues that cropped up.

Things progressed and one day I pulled out the ruler and realize my 7” penis was barely hitting 6” on a good day. This bewildered me and I doubted myself until I found articles about penis atrophy due to inactivity poor health etc. It had been like this since I was able to finally get it up again.

So I eventually surfed enough of the web that I ran into your site about PE and decided to go ahead and join the brotherhood and put forth the effort to make a change in my size and try to regain what I had before and If I can do that I’m not gonna stop until I hit 9” or 10” depending on how it feels.

I too was on meds for depression and it affected me in a similar way as you. After watching your videos online and the fact that you are passing this knowledge along as free information to help other men I just couldn’t help but believe you brother.

I need to pick a routine and make some official first time measurements in the ways described and get started. I want to make sure I understand everything fully before I get started.

welcome my brother I’m so glad you made your way here. It sounds like you’re suffering quite a bit with weak pelvic floor muscles. This is not a huge deal as we can build those muscles fairly quickly. What I suggest you start out with is the newbie routine as this gives you a very good structure to start on and build from there.

Depending on how much time you have to dedicate to a routine you may want to practice the pelvic floor muscle exercises throughout the entire day.

Doing Kegels will quickly strengthen the pelvic floor muscles given you much better eq. In addition this routine usually brings a quick half inch to most people who start, we call those newbie gains.

I also would like you to look at SRT to get your head around healing and gaining and what you can do to speed this process. But for now I suggest you start with the basic routine and we can build from there.

As we solve this issue you can further progress into SRT to make those massive gains you want. SRT will deliver the size you want if you can dedicate yourself and be consistent with a constant eye on progressive intensity.

Thanks for getting back to me my brother I’m glad that you’re doing Kegels as this is a very very important part of penis enlargement and increasing your erection quality. When you’re ready to throw in some more exercise let me know and I can help you. But for now continue doing Cagle’s as you will only grow stronger and stronger with more and more endurance. As a matter of fact doing Kegels alone will Increase the size of your penis because doing these exercises make the pelvic floor muscles so strong that you’re able to hold so much more blood in your penis. Now once you start adding in other exercises you can imagine how much faster you will grow.
 
Thanks @DLD, I don’t wanna rush things. I want to be safe and successful. I’ve been doing more research and have decide that I’m all in and I’m committed to make this happen. I’ve been very diligent with My fitness (hit one of my weight goals today 198) and feel that PE is another dimension of fitness that I have neglected through ignorance and a bit of shame.

But alas, I have educated myself and am at a point int my life where I harbor no shame. Just so that you know where I’m at fitness wise for the Kegels I do 100 5 second hold 2 second rest daily. I sometimes add a minute hold and 100 fast ones with some reverse Kegels thrown in during rests. If you think I should wait I can but if you think I’m ready I’m willing to progress. I picked up some of the silisleeves and after looking over the complete SRT kit I plan on investing in that as well brother. I’m all in and I’m gonna document it all, complete with pics of my junk lolz. Which I cant believe I’m gonna do but fuck it you only live once. I have a very hard time accepting the fact this will work to be honest, because, it seems too good to be true but I’m willing to give it my best shot.

Thanks for your awesome introduction my brother! I’m so looking forward to working with you. I would be more than honored to put a routine together for you. If you’re going all out, SRT package is very smart as it saves you hundreds of dollars.

i’d be looking for information on you like how much time you can spend each day training, what your goals may be, how advanced you are, what your privacy situation is and many other factors.

Once you decide on your equipment let me know and I’ll start working on the routine.
 
My current equipment line up would be the silisleeve three pack and I bought the Dr Kaplan metal pump with gauge with the 2” cylinder and the 3.25” cylinder for ball and shaft action. I bought the pump days before I ran into your site. i really wish I had waited after seeing the one you offer. I had a super cheap novelty one that helped me with initial ED issues initially and wanted to upgrade. I really like the water/air pump that you offer and plan on going that route once I get the SRT kit.

As for privacy I have my own place and have as much as I need. I discussed my plans with my lady and she was cool with it. She just wanted me to know that she was happy with our sex life and that she didn’t want me to break my dick. She is awesome and very cool with me wanting to improve myself for my own happiness. She is super special to me and helped me through my later stages of ED and slight pre-ejaculation issues. I was having these after a long stint of bad health and not even using my dick. I consider my erections ~90-95% the majority of the time when engaging in sex and when she is on top it goes down to ~80% sometimes. I consider my stamina good as long as I maintain discipline.

When it comes to time. I’m hoping to work up to three active hours and work in as much passive work/healing as possible. I’ve yet to try the silisleeves or the new pump since I’ve been working on Kegels. I’m taking your advice and working on my pelvic floor. I think I hurt myself once about a month ago when using the cheap pump and doing some exercises without enough info such as a proper warm up. I wish I had communicated with you a long time ago. I no longer have pain from this incident and It didn’t cause any erection, sex, or ejaculation issues.

I work in an office and may be able to wear an ADS device but I’m not sure yet. I actually work at a really cool place that allows me to workout during my breaks so I do end up being active at work and wearing an ADS would probably be a literal pain or impossible unless I can make the sleeve work and then use the ADS after I get in my workouts and run.

I will be ramping up my running due to an upcoming race that my lady and I participate in. The race is a half marathon in mid March. As I get closer to the date active and passive PE time may get tight. At least I will have a lot of highly oxygenated blood pumping through my body which may offset the lessening of time spent doing PE. As you could imagine I do have a lot turtling during my runs this time of year due to winter temps. Turtling happens even during the warm days but it is way worse in the winter. Just curious, have you ever worked with active runners who are into PE and have similar issues?
Do you think the amount of time I will spend in a retracted state will negatively affect my size if my penis is trying to heal from PE work? My runs will get to the two hour mark toward the peak of my training.

Not at all! Turtle issues happen to everyone especially under the load of training or the temperature and in addition to this stress can cause turtle issues also. I would not worry about this as it’s going to change over time. Meaning it will grow longer as you grow longer erect.

I know that with steady use of the SiliStretcher passively throughout the day and night will begin to teach the penis to remain elongated. When I say teach the penis what I mean is your whole life your penis has learned to retract into turtle but with specific exercise you can teach your penis to remain elongated.

as I said the SS is the best way to passively and actively gain and heal. It’s also good for you in your office space because it is very undetectable. You can also wear it through the night at a moderate setting to aid in healing.

Right now it seems like you have part of the equipment necessary to do the entire SRT routine. Would you like me to start working on a routine based on what you have now or do you want me to wait until you get your new equipment? Just let me know it takes me a couple days to write a routine.
