Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

As the message says the best time for new beginnings is now. There is so much truth to this and this may be the opportunity that you need to take to make things happen you want to happen. You can start today and within a few months have a much larger penis and so much more confidence.
