Welcome to the Brotherhood, @jellee, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Hey, thanks for the message. I'm not quite a beginner, I've done the beginner routine for about a month now and I'm looking for relatively doable long term gains of 1 inch in both length and girth (I'm not concerned with how long it will take) I'm currently a solid 7x5.2 and I'm aiming for the holy grail of 8x6 (I'm tall at 6"4 so I want a member proportional to my body). I have a bathmate, a cock ring and all the materials required for clamping but I'm aware that these are advanced exercises so I'm doing some research and holding off on them (especially clamping) for now.

IIf I have any further questions I'll be sure to ask.

I understand your height perspective and I’m glad you’re gone for good symmetry, that was my own objective. All the research you need to do on using your equipment is found in SRT. Have a look through the routine and the methodology, particularly in healing and let me know what you think. If you need help to put a routine together I could help you there too
