Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hey! @DLD I’ve just purchased and received my silistretcher 2 and ads hardcore belt kit, my goal is to go from 7 inches in length to 10 inches in length in 3 years.
 
I’m currently 7 inches in length and 6 inches in girth. My goal is 10 inches in length and 7 inches in girth. I have the sillistretcher, hardcore ads belt kit, and a bathmate hydroxtreme 11.

You have everything you need to do the entire SRT Routine! Have a readthrough SRT to get some ideas and come back to me with any questions and we can work out a custom routine for you.

just finished reading about SRT which was very informative, but leaves me thinking where do I start lol as of now I use the bathmate for 10 minutes, perform kegels and reverse kegels throughout the day and edge for 10 minutes which I am working to build to 60 minutes Still trying to get over the learning curve of using the SiliStretcher and hardcore ads belt kit
 
Keeping it really basic what you want to do for girth is follow the 5×5×3 and what you wanna do for length is the basic stretches, erect stretches, expressive stretches and bundled stretches. When you’re good with you SiliStretcher we can revise.
