Welcome to the Brotherhood, @itsafactjack, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Thanks for intro note. I've been doing PE for a couple of years without a regiment or specific guidance other that what I've learned by reading various forums and experiences of others with the resources available to me personally. This site seems to contain the most in-depth knowledge with those experienced enough from which to take note and advice.

Not being a newbie to PE, but new to this site, Im not yet sure of the support that's available here or how to proceed in determining a merge point from my current efforts into the most effective regiment going forward.

So glad that you came out and introduce yourself! It’s good to have another veteran here and I have your influence will be very helpful. The most effective regime that I’ve ever come up with is SRT and I’ve been writing routines for over 20 Years. Have a look through it let me know what you think and if you need any help putting a routine together let me know. Again welcome to the brotherhood
