Welcome to the Brotherhood, @ifight145mma, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
thanks! ive been at it for a month now, just stretching and jelqing, didnt know about this place just kind of stumbled upon it, ive started doing some squeezes as well because my focus is girth, however i could use some length as well, ive only measured erect lengths and bone pressed, i started at 5.5 x 4.9 non bone pressed and like 6 x 4.9 bone pressed, in the first month im up .1 in length and girth. i think mainly just due to stronger erections, im just trying to learn as much as i can, and gain an inch both ways!
 
i might add i have strong work ethic and determination, however my wife and daughter make it tough to get in long sessions, 30 mins to an hour is all ive seemed time to mess with as of right now, my wife kind of knows, but she thinks im jist doing it to last longer and have stronger erections, but i am going to invest in some typa devices to make it a lil more hands free and make it more all day routine i guess

30 minutes to one hour is a solid amount of time for PE. (From my viewpoint anyway! One can do more than that but 30 minutes to one hour can include some kickass workout in PE world!)
Family can indeed "come in the way" but I think 1 hour of so-called "me time" is healthy in any relationship!

Glad to have you here, consider making a progress log at Routines and progress forum

There are a lot of tools available, the Newbie routine and SRT can guide you a lot.
For hands free and all day gaining one option is to get the sleeves.
And of course there is Lengthmaster, Phallosan, Sizegenetics ...

I wish you the best of times gaining, needless to say "stay strong" as your username would suggest you're quite strong already. ;)
 
Well, the Bathmate series has a good range and hydropumping is favorited by many.
Hydro7 or Hydromax 7 could be in the right ball park.
Then there's possibility for the Mityvac pump from MoS Shop. It comes with the water-trap, so you can enjoy either dry pumping or hydro pumping!

Extender-wise I don't have much experience, but the ones I mentioned, any of those should produce gains.

With clamping a lot of discipline is in order. I like doing it, but one must remain cautious with it.

That item is one way to go. I think @stillwantmore is focusing more on the hanger business, but he did supply clamps as well. They have a very good dial in them, easy to manage the amount of force you apply.

I wish you happy times at gaining and I'm glad you've already made some gains!
 
thanks! i was looking into an ads, or extender plus maybe a pump and clamp for my girth goals... any suggestions??

If you want to do the complete SRT work out I suggest that you picked up the following tools if you want to do the complete SRT work out I suggest that you picked up the following tools:
The Lengthmaster
The Bathmate
The Phallosan

These three tools will allow you to do the entire SRT routine which is the fastest way to gain size. Have a readthrough SRT and visit the store. After you make a purchase send me a private message with the order number and I will send you $25 for every tool you buy.
 
thanks for the welcome guys! i do eventually want to invest in great items like the bathmate etc etc. just gonna have to go a little cheaper off the bat, and work my way up to tools like that. and yes! the long hot showers after work is when i get my work in!!! haha

You can start today my brother with no tools at all. Check out the Newbie Routine and started today. You can always get tools in the future.
 
oh yeah for sure been at it a month, just kinda stumbled upon this site, but yeah been pretty consistent for a month now very few days off, been on a newb routine, good 10 mins stretching, edging, 200-300 dry jelqs, and some horse squeezes thrown in and kegels just looking to amp it up and go to an ads, with a girth routine after using some typa ads at work.

That’s awesome to hear! I would love you to start a progress thread with all of your information so we can keep everything in one place and watch your progress. You can lay out your routine, you’re starting size, your future goals and anything else personally centered around your PE. This helps us keep you accountable and on track and it also helps you inspire other people as they decide to start PE.

The most discreet and powerful extender is the Phallosan for a few reasons. First as I said it’s completely concealable so nobody will know you’re wearing it. It also could be worked 24 hours a day, so you can sleep with it overnight making gains. It’s perfect for passive and active stretching and it works seamlessly with the SRT routine.
