Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Hatchet, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Hey thanks for the welcome guys! I found this site while looking at other sites and seeing DLD and some of the posts he had made that were very informative. Also the All Day Cock ring and healing in extended/expanded state reading lead me here too. Will be looking to get some sillirings and sleeves quickly. I Wish i had found this site sooner , but I suppose it’s all part of the journey and experience of PE and finding what works and what doesn’t for you. So far, I am struggling to find the balance of too much/too little to get into the sweet spot for growth. This sites mentality seems to be a bit more on the aggressive side of training but I will see where this leads in the coming months...
I have just recently started PE and have been doing a routine for 6 weeks. I took week 5 off as I thought I had over trained and had low EQ’s. After the first month of 1 day on 1 day off, beginning with 5-8 mins of warming up with hot wash cloth followed by 3-4 sets of 20-30 kegels,held kegels, lifts or reverse kegels(any 2). Moved to 3 types of stretches consisting of any 3- A frames, Jai kegels, crooked up/down tugs, internal stretch, reverse stretch, side to sides, two handed, internal. always ended with 3-5 mins of quality jelqs 5-10 secs between 50-80% erect. Every other workout would end with 1 set of 3 of either horse 440’s, squeezes/uli’s or slow erect jelqs. Finished with lifts. Cemented with kegel slaps and 5 min hot soak of penis in shower. The whole routine took 45 mins typically give or take a few. Week 4 i moved to 2 on 1 off and by the end of week I began to struggle to maintain erections and hadno spontaneous erections which made me think I had over trained and needed some time off. I took week five off and have started back up with 1 day on 1 day off.
Started a whole 30 with wife beginning of February and ended up whole 20 for us...haha but the detox was well worth it. Have kept added sugar out and greatly limited carbs to veggies, fruits and some natural grains. Began Bowflex weight training again (after about 1 year off) 4 times a week 25-35 mins alternating upper/lower body 2 weeks ago. Began bowflex max 3-4 times a week for 15-16 mins starting this week.
Wondering what everyone thinks about overtraining and monitoring EQ’s as a guide(especially when a newbie). I will be reading this sites newbie routine recommendation shortly but wanted to post a hello and routine.
Started with FSL 6.25, BPEL of 6”, EGRTH 4.75”. Current FSL 6.75 BPEL 6.5” EGRTH 4.75”. Short term goal 7”x5.5”. Long term goal 8x6.5”
 
Thanks for coming out and introducing yourself and telling us what your goals are. I see that you’ve tapped into a few things that are part of the SRT routine. If I were you since you have experience, I would start with the SRT routine. According to what equipment you have or you don’t have I can modify the routine to fit your schedule and time.
