Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Thanks @DLD , I thought trying to grow your penis was impossible but after all the motivating stories on here, I don't feel as depressed as I was.

Unfortunately God didn't bless me with good penis genes, I am 5.2 bone pressed erect and everyone says that is average (USA) but I still feel small as hell. My goal is to get to 6 inches as fast as possible and safely. Honestly 6-6.5 I will feel confident pleasuring a girl. I have already started the noobie routine and I am also doing kegals all day long. I ordered a silli sleeve so I can properly heal as well. I am also going to be on nofap until I reach my desired length because the brain plays a big role and I fucked it up with adult entertainment. Im gonna be consistent af on all of this too.

I am going to keep you guys updated because I know there are other smaller guys who need motivation and I want to motivate you guys.

My question to you is would you recommend anything else for faster gains to reach 6" asap? Thanks again man, you literally gave me hope to a better life. I can't thank you enough.

Wonderful introduction and again welcome to the brotherhood. I’m glad that you find the stories here inspirational because they truly are. Men come here with much greater goals than you have, as a matter of fact your goal can be quickly made I would say within six months. I’m glad you have the SiliSleeve they will play multiple roles in your training.

I highly recommend you start a progress in a routine thread laying out your measurements, your goals, the routine you’re going to use, and daily journaling. Some men even at pictures and videos. But you’re right, progress threads serve to inspire those looking at you and they also serve to help us keep you accountable and motivated.

If your truly just going for a length of the best two devices that will bring length fastest are the Lengthmaster and the SiliStretcher. You've received great information already. I just wanted to say that your goals sound very attainable!
Anyway, also wanted to state that pleasuring a woman is more than your penis size, so remember good oral sex skills, massaging etc.etc..
