Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hello, i wanna train short long term to get 7 but the real goal is 8 in long and 7 in girth, its gonna be a long road. I been training with Bathmate for 4 months, I got some gains with the basic Bathmate and I got the hydroxtreme in July which is impressive, also I just bought the penismaster pro and received it this Monday, I been training 12 hours per day since Monday with penismaster and everyday with hydroxstreme Bathmate. Since im in Mexico its kinda difficult to get new stuff specially with covid issue.

I was wondering if we can create a routine.

Right now I hit the 7 long in hydroxteme and 7.5 in girth when I get out of it , I do 15 min session .

If there's any cost ,let me know, I know it will be a long way but I got 6 months to train hard until I move to another country so my main focus is to get to my goals.

I can help you put a routine together and I don’t charge anything for this. Looking at what you have written and seeing you have the Bathmate I am going to suggest you go for the SRT routine. Have a look through the routine and let me know what you think. If you wanted to go all out and do the full routine you will need to pick up two tools, the Lengthmaster and an ads.
 
I also have the Penismaster pro . I’ll have to look at how to get the length master. Ill look at the routine.

Hey DLD, so I started the SRT routine one week ago. I began withouth the Lenghtmaster doing manual bundle stretches , which worked pretty awesome while I waited the the length master to arrive .

I finally received it thursday yet still trying to work it out since wrapping seems to be an art hehe . the first routine I got to finish , uncovered the glans bruises I got from using penimaster pro non stop 14 hours a for 5 months with no silicap.

You think those bruises will always come back whenever there’s low blood circulation on the glans??
Any idea how I can get those bruises to vanish forever?

Man, you really went to work LOL but the bruising will go away very quickly. Do you want to really get a good wrap down so you can avoid bruising. What style of wrapping are you using right now?
 
Yeah, penismastepro 14 hours a day was a hell, destroyed my glans I guess ?, now it is cracked completely , still working to get it back to normal by applying eucerin and carmex which it works great by the way.
Right now I’m using the tools That came with the lenghtmaster. Theraband, Jim wrap and penis wrapping tape.
I’m starting week two, I’m supposed to move to express stretching already right?

Yes you should be doing expressive stretching now. I think your glans will heal up eventually. I’m glad you’re working with the LM and getting to know your way around it. There are many incredible exercises that can be done with the LM. Have you written out your routine in the routine section yet? If not you should really do that so we can keep all of your work and the advice you get in one place

Im trying to find videos on how to do the expressive stretching, ill try to post when when im ready, gotta do a lot of work already.

yes my brother every one of those exercises are expressive exercises. We don’t have a lot of videos on this because the technique is very easy to understand. I can make a video next time we are in the studio. But everyone of those exercises is self-explanatory and if it’s not please just ask and I’ll explain. Out of all of the stretches you listed I would go for the Lengthmaster low grip and the Bathmate hardcore stretches.
 
Also , having troubles to find these.. Expressive Stretching through the Loop of the LengthMaster,

This is where you will bring your entire package your scrotum and your penis through the loop of the LM. Push the LM against your body with one hand while using the other hand to grip your whole package and stretch it from the base.
 
I know they are self explanatory hehe , just gotta have no doubts ?.
Lengthmaster low grip means to make the grip at the very base of the shaft with the Lm and pull from there ?.

perfection! If you start to experience any kind of pain you might want to move the clamp up a quarter inch to a half an inch. But to me it looks like it’s perfect right now

But once per day but I have to ask what exactly are you doing? Are you doing the traditional SRT routine or have you change things up? Let me know what you’re doing and see if I can help you with your routine
 
I do the next routine , Changed it to today to the next one.

Morning , expressive stretching LM low grip 6 minutes , then bundle stretching 4 sets 30 seconds.

Afternoon , expressive stretching , bundle stretching 4 sets , girth work, 100 jelq 4 times , 4 slow squash jelq 1 minute.
