Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Bigblk, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

I've actually followed your career for years... I never thought actually have the opportunity to meet you. I've tried ur p.e. routines for years now...and I always recommended your techniques to other men looming to make gains.

Thx alot nice to meet you. Yea I've been using jelq methods from dld videos for about 4 years...I went from seven to ten inches. But I want add a couple more inches. I'm hoping to find new methods to reach my goal

I have pics of my progress over time. Do we post this publicly , or is that not allowed?

Well I’m very proud to meet you my new brother and I’m glad you’ve been following things over the years. I’m sure you’ve seen how much things have changed over the years so the better. It’s a great opportunity to be in the brotherhood right now to as we are on a kick putting out all new equipment and tools. It’s a very exciting time to be involved with PE.
