Welcome to the Brotherhood, @_t_t_g_, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

I want to get 3cm in thickness...i start with 553 routine but have some problems with potency :/

What problems are you having with potency? Are you not able to get a full erection? When you masturbate are you able to get 100% erect?
 
exactly I just cant get a full erection.. (bathmate pump) flaccid state my gains are so disappointing

Have you tried to supplement your training with Viagra? This is been the best solution to everyone that has this issue. And now if you go to AllDayChemist.com and you can get it as cheap as a dollar a pill. So worth the work you’re doing. Order hundred milligram tablets and break them into fours. 25 mg is plenty to keep you good for a full session plus.
 
25mg per session is OK. Maybe not go for daily usage but boost your sessions from time to time. Just my personal point of view, but then again my training is quite relaxed. ;)

Yup!

The cheapest method is to buy 100 mg tablets and break them in the fours. This way it only cost about $.90 a work out.
