I doubt you'll be 5" anymore if you follow the routine plans and put work into gaining.

You received create information from DLD. Bathmate is quite nice but you could opt for the Mityvac to enable more than just hydro pumping. (And as the Mityvac ships with Silisleeves, it's a great bundle for gaining!)

As for stretching the Silistretcher would be a great choice.
But check the newbie routines and get a hang of things with just hands on work. And as DLD stated, make that progress log, lay out a routine plan or how much time per day you have for PE and we can help you.
