Girth of flaccid penis: 13 cm (5,1")
Length of erect penis 15,8 cm (6,2")
Girth of erect penis: 14 cm (5,5 ")

Want to become: Length of erect penis: 18 cm (7,1") Girth of erect penis 15,5 cm (6,1")
 
Have you had the chance to go through those two threads that I left for you? If not please read through them so you understand the work out that I will create for you. The two threads are the newbie routine and the SRT thread. Please read the first post in both of these and come back with any questions. After that we can finalize your work out. Do you own any tools?
