Someone in here that does olympic weightlifting and have tried squatting heavy singles (or double or tripples) everyday. (or multiple times a day.)
i tried this squattingregim for a couple of months and all in all i gained a good 25 lbs 1rm and around 2" in circumference around The tighs.
gave good help for the bottomposition in the snatch and leg felt strong as hell.
anyone else tried ?
