I don't know what the picture has point in this post.

Anyhow, from AliExpress or somewhere else I suspect? Most dermal creams and ointments don't do much. Still I do try them myself.
What are you looking for a cream that's supposed to slim you down? Better to save money and hit the gym or do free weights. Mostly creams will do an cosmetic effect.

For example, there are several anti-cellulite creams and such. They don't so much dissolve the orange peel skin but more so fill the skin up. Many creams out there are beefed up with silicone fillers and other things that will build up and make your skin appear flawless. Being able to read the INCI list of products is a good trait.

Personally, I try things from all over. I see it like this; if you have the cash for it and it won't jeopardize your financial well-being or overall well-being, then why not?
Some things, while not so much effective in action, can create a snowball effect where you train more and thus will see more results.

Perhaps you are thinking it might replace the warn-up with a warm wash cloth or rice sock. If so, I don’t believe it will be anywhere as effective as the methods mentioned; something is better than nothing.

As long as it does not harm your skin, go for it and be a pioneer in a new PE technique. I would test on a small spot on the penis before going all out. If that shows up ok then proceed from there.
