Warm Down/Cool Down

I'm a newbie to this forum, not so much to Penis Enlargement. Sorry if this is well known, or previously in a thread I just haven't found. I've read some most say warm down after a Penis Enlargement session, but some feel a cool down with cold water is better. Anyone have any insight on what is best? Thanks

I would say it depends on what feels more comfortable to you^^

In the beginning I warmed down with something hot/warm, but now I do it with something cold.
Feels a lot better to me.

I started out with a warm/hot washcloth to warm-up AND down.
Then warm/hot for warm-up and cold for warm-down.
And since a month I'd it with a rice sock.
Put it in the microwave for 20-30 secs for warm-up.
When I am finished I put it in the freezer for warm-down later on

I think I like the cool down better. Can't say I've seen any difference in the way it works, but I like it. I also use the rice sock warm up, but haven't tried it in the freezer after, just water. Thanks for the reply!

I have always been interested in cold warmups to length work. I wonder if the cold would make the tissue break down faster????
