Want to start hanging.

From years of reading it seems that hanging guarantees length so for any hangers out there, do you have any tips on how to start and/or begin? What equipment is best to use for maximum safety? And maybe a brief approximate timeline on how gains are made

Once wrapping is mastered weight will feel comfortable and from there you can progressively add to the weight.
