Progress thread Wanna get to 9!

Signing off the ship in the am. Got assigned to another ship so short 10 days at home and back out again. Kept up the same routine, started getting up earlier and getting a pump set in. No real change in length during this trip out. Girth some improvement! The girth work takes time for sure. Been at it for one year now this month. Been out for about 85 days this trip, can’t wait to see the old lady’s reaction tomorrow!
How is it going?
 
Doing well! Got 8 days at home, went by too fast. Back out on a different ship half way around the world. Did not dare bring the pump since all sex toys are illegal in the country I flew into. Did not need that kinda problem. Just gonna focus on manuals for now. I believe it was time for a decon break from pumping anyway. For the first time since I started measuring correctly my BPEL was only 1/8” shorter than BPSFL. I guess 80 something days of hard girth work will do that? I will just keep on pulling on it for now, maybe I will hit 9 by the end of the year!
 
So I had a nice long break from PE, almost 4 months. Only some stretching in the morning at wake up time. Home life busy as hell, work life has been different. Well I am back on the ship with all my gear and ready to get back to work on the love hammer! Measurements all about the same as last I checked within 1/8”. Getting back into a pumping routine but taking it slow and massaging the upper 1/3 real good before entering the pump. I would really like to even out the girth near the end. I am close to my personal goal and hope to pass it! Let’s see what another 80 or so days of work can do!

Pretty simple. Manual stretching, and air pumping. Gonna try for every day. Main set in the evenings, with a quick pump first thing in the morning.

Less then a week back into a pumping routine and I hit a new mark in the pump last night! Pretty excited. Getting good girth expansion, about 1/4 inch. Just gotta keep at!
 
Glad to see the forum is back up and running! I am nearing the end of my trip and should be back home in about a week. Another 70 something days with at least an hour put into some kind of PE every day. Results and things learned;
it takes a bit to get back into a pump routine. A couple of weeks before I could get to same negative pressures I could tolerate 4 months back.
I was able to hit new marks in the pump, but BPEL still at 8 3/4”.
Pumping routine is a waste of time if I am not into it for that session. Vacuum is uncomfortable and lots of edema. Stretch on these nights.
A day off here and there is a good thing, EQ is crazy after a little break.
Still having a hard time getting 105% or more expansion in girth after session. Started clamping by hand with excellent results! My problem now is my hands get tired and I feel like it’s time to try the hard clamp. Since starting PE it seems length gains have been easy for me and I really have to fight for the girth gains.
Almost finished the book multi-orgasmic man, some interesting stuff there. Would really like to able to pull off the dry orgasim. Further experimentation required.
Giving Angion method 1 an honest go. Anything that helps with EQ without meds sounds like a great thing to me. Gets me super hard, veins look crazy, but I am bored with it after 20 minutes.
Hoping to have this house finished and move in during my time off. Life should get a little less crazy and I might find time to get some consistent PE work in while off the ship.

Very nice. Be patient a bit longer. Your tissues may need to reach plasticity level first. Sometimes, it may take much longer than an average person. Everyone is different.

Very common. Rather than higher pressure, you may need longer slow squash jelq before pumping, and much less time on the pump just to bump the internal pressure up a hair.

Sounds like a plasticity issue. Either be angio-genesis or plasticity manipulation, your tissues must be primed first. This is where your "hand clamping" or slow squash jelq longer session will start. Never should you ever initiate any device clamping when your tissues cannot reach plasticity easily.

I get way more girth expansion with sessions using the clamps then pumping. I have started keeping a notebook with details to help me see trends. It’s looking like I have stayed the exact same length for a year. Still at 8 3/4” BPEL. stretched flaccid still at 9”. I really have been doing girth focused work for a long time and have seen slight improvement. Girth is slow but if you look at overall volume numbers it kinda makes sense why it’s slow with the total of hours of work I put in. Routine now has been pump sets on morning wood. Manual stretching on lunch break. Evening set alternates hard clamping one night and angion on the next. Anyway hope everyone here is doing alright.

You're only a half inch away from nine, so I would put some of your effort into lengthwork. If you have the lengthmaster use it to cause great gains in length.

Also I love that you're keeping a notebook. There's no better way to keep track of PE then writing it down.

Hey, just took a quick to read through all your progress since your first post, it’s inspiring to hear your story and see that you’ve been keeping up with the work even though circumstances tend to put things on hold sometimes.
Things seem to Naturally work that way anyway at least for myself periods of on and off but the progress still pays off

Yeah, you can create a journal which is the smartest thing to do Because you want to know every day what you've put into this and what you're going to get out of it. A place to track your growth and a place to re-evaluate things. It's also important data that will impact your future and will affect the whole brotherhood.
