Great post and your dick looks great. I had a friend who worked on a fishing boat in Seattle, he told me that him and other guys were doing PE on the boat. He said they would have lots of downtime until they had to work their asses off, so they would pump during thier downtime. Blew my mind He was so open about it. Well it’s close to the end of my trip on the ship. The wife wants me to lay off the PE since it does affect how sensitive it is. Been beating the shit out of the poor fella for almost 3 months. I have made some gains this trip, + 1/2” BPEL , + 1/8” mid girth. I am finding girth is tough to gain. I have not been consistent enough during the last 3 weeks, work has been crazy. Now that I see what is working for me and what exercises I find enjoyable I will work hard at it again next trip out. One thing I think I was really screwing up is not using a cock ring after a good pump/SSJ session. Cheap cock ring I had broke months ago. Tried some thick Buna o rings from work but they are not stretchy enough. I have a good tapper at the base and they just slide back off. Might pick up a cable clamp while on vacation, it looks like a lot of men have good results but it’s a risky exercise.

How does PE affect your sensitivity? Does it reduce or increase it?

My advice to you would be to reduce your "beating" and save your EQ for the pump sessions. Other than that you seem to be doing well. Hope you make it back home safely!
 
Checking back in! Back on the ship and back on the PE train. During my 2 1/2 months at home pretty much did nothing, some stretching here and there under the blankets. Happy to report the wife was impressed with the work. She did not like the dark complexion especially when flaccid. I thought this would go away after all that time not pumping? Also I can hit her cervix pretty easy now with the extra length, she does not want me to go longer. Girth is ok, she said keep going for that. So I guess that’s what I am gonna do, the 5x5x3. Try to get it in every day and wear an adjustable cock ring after each session.
Goals for now: gain about 3/8 inch girth for her, I still wanna get that last 1/2 inch length for me just to say I did it.

Got a few sessions in since getting back onboard. Tonight was probably the biggest I have seen, it was nuts! So after not pumping for 2 months I was right at 6 1/8” mid girth. Tonight’s work went bundled stretches till hard, and I have been trying this tunica release message while stupid hard before going in the pump. After the 3rd pump working up to 8.5-9hg it was wicked fat. I measured 6 1/2”! I know it’s temporary but it’s very encouraging! I got about 60 more days onboard, should be able to make some serious gains!

Funny I did pretty much the exact same routine last night but did not get the same crazy expansion? Guess I will see what tonight’s workout does and reevaluate to see if every other day works better.

Sometimes when the tissue gets tired, you can see this lack of expansion. Resting 1 day or more usually fix this for me.

Thanks SIM here is what I think I got figured out. I did my evening pump session 5 days in a row, great EQ never hit 6 1/2 again. Consistently get 6 3/8 every night after. So that’s a 4% increase in circumstance, and about 8% increase for area of a circle. That seems like reasonable increase per session, so I am not gonna stress about it and keep on truckin along. I did take Saturday off, went ashore out in Long Beach. At this point I am not going to measure any more, I know it gets fatter after a session, just hope it will work into cemented stays. The old lady wants it fatter not longer.

What kinda girth increase are most of you guys getting after a 5x5x3?
 
Also I hope this help some other brothers finding a good cock ring. I bought this adjustable ring on eBay and it’s awesome. I have a taper at the base and this works awesome even when shits all slippery after a pump session.

Slow and steady or Spartan mode? Mine is moderate and steady for safety reasons while getting back into the game until I hit the plateau for the moderate approach. I will go into high intensity right after that to break the barrier.

So far, 0.25in in length and 0.5in in girth after 4 months. Need cementing to make it permanent.

I know this hink guy on utube says rest days are bullshit, but I think it’s really needed for hard core girth work. Tonight’s session I got up to 6 1/2” mid girth after pumping! Can’t wait for that to be permanent.
 
He believes the soft tissues are not like the fibrous tissues supporting the skeletal structures. We are stressing the hell out of the soft tissues, similar to our facial and forehead tissues. Too much stresses and you get slack skins, just like too little exercises to keep them tight and they slack. There must be a balance for collagen reform to catch up to keep the tissues in proper forms.

It really depends on each man's ability to train daily, like myself, but others may need to take a schedule that is different. It all depends on your body and listening to that. Keep an eye out for pain or any other warning of possible injury.

I agree with this. I went all day long today really hard today, this intensity are not possible to do every day for me. I like splitting it up, like 2 days on 1 day rest, or 3 days on 2 days rest or something like that. I feel what my tissue needs. You need the recovery to grow. But it's all about intensity and the balance of things.

It’s a new month so it’s time to measure and I have no noticeable changes on the ruler. I am getting great expansion on my evening 5x5x3 sessions, flaccid hang seems heavier. Evening session pretty much goes like this every night; 25mg generic viagra. Roll cigarettes for next day(this kills about 20 min). Set pump up with the heating pad wrapped around it. Bundle stretches till hard, then depending on EQ I SSJ or tunica release massage. First 5 min is 5-6 hg. Second set around 7.5hg, last set I always try to hit 10hg at least for a minute or two. I tend to get so edema if I go 7 minute sets. I am taking a night off here and there for the evening session, but getting an intense stretch every single day on lunch break. 10-15 min of hard stretching after using the heating pad for 5 or more min. Pre-pump currently at just over 8.5 “ BPEL, 6 1/8” mid girth. Attaching a picture from when I first started in June 2023 compared to now. This shit works!

I have not done this since July 2023, after pumping I just get a quick mid shaft measurement to see how the session went. Well I now know my measuring system is fucked, the skinny tape I have been using has become distorted from the vasoline. It was working fine for sessions but not for overall accurate measurements. So either way my shits getting thicker. Getting 7 1/4” at the base! Pictures are from October 23 to now. Same cigarette pack, same pump. This shit works.

Thanks DLD, you’re right just stick with what I was doing. Was just trying to be accurate. The crappy tape still works well for gauging expansion after a session. Getting about a 1/4” pre/post expansion mid girth every night.

Signing off the ship in the am. Got assigned to another ship so short 10 days at home and back out again. Kept up the same routine, started getting up earlier and getting a pump set in. No real change in length during this trip out. Girth some improvement! The girth work takes time for sure. Been at it for one year now this month. Been out for about 85 days this trip, can’t wait to see the old lady’s reaction tomorrow!
