Man really excited for these gains coming in, I’m at 7.15 - 7.25 with Kegel push. this needs to be documented straight up started from 5.9 NBPEL now 7.15 gonna keep going for the goal. Makes me laugh in a good encouraging joy. Go champ go


I have good 2.5 - 3.5 inch of inner penis left to pull maybe more. Gotta go knock out those sessions, let’s get it in guys. The faster you get to that size you want, the faster you to get to the maintenance/cementing/permanent gains, be consistent and diligent, no sacrifice, no victory. I like to look at this as well as mental training while doing PE.

Using the PA, you can combine further with these exercises:
  • Fake Arm
  • Lazy Ass Stretch
  • Dual Fulcrum
  • Under-leg Fulcrum
  • Tunica Rotary (angling the penile shaft slightly downwards from the fulcrum point)
  • Tub Stretch without the tub
  • Bends & Blaster
  • Even Bundled Bends and applied with bundled Counter Bends

Sweat pants, or very loose jeans or pants. I wore 501 Tactical pants for hot days, quite loose, extremely loose work pants working in the woods and fields, and simply loose sweats while going out shopping or just going about. It felt very strange to have weights hanging and dangling in your pants. It was like a Grandfather's clock arm doing micro second ticking between the leg and pants' sleeve.

The progressive gain is much faster than the penis exercises. It speeds up much more using DLD Balls and Ligs stretches before the hanger. It's like a combo of manual and mechanical assist exercises. Just don't over work yourself. These kind of exercises should be done in moderation just like pumping and stretching penis. The critical point is to stretch in moderate traction around 2lbs for as long as you can, even at 2.5lbs. You have both the ligs and larger mass of skin and muscles to overcome at the base. Yes, the scrotal sac don't have any hard tissues. But when you strap the dual strap version, you are also pulling the penis. Single strap version only pull the scrotal sac.
 
Fuck! I got a blister on my glans from SS I went to hard now I gotta take 2 weeks off approx. it’s ok if I try to do other exercises light hanging or light stretching? I don’t want to prolong the blister. I needa go to back to gain mode as fast as possible.

Yep. That's the monster that gets you every time using vacuum type extender and stretcher. No need to take a full two weeks off because of the blister. You can still do light jelqing or even stretching while there's a blister. Simply create a wrap at the base of the glans to prevent blood from being forced into the glans during jelqing session, and you'll be able to do SSJ just fine.

If you use SS2 to extend, you can do the same without the vacuum cup during a blister recovery, by wrapping below the base of the glans, don't let blood flow into the glans too quickly by tighten up the wrap just a bit more, and make sure the wrap doesn't rub against the blister as the glans shrinks. Cover up the glans using a thin layer of soft material, like the TheraBand, flexible tape, or something soft. You can modify the strap to have a V-Shape holder, something like a noose type stretcher/extender, and have obtain a similar traction force. Just a cheap platform like this from an extender add-on will help as well. I tried this when I have a blister that required recovery, and it worked pretty well with the SS2 setup. The blistering site can be a bit irritated if it rubs too much against clothing with this on. The trick is to use a silicone sleeve to dress over the glans as a protection layer.

Awesome advice man thanks!, ima using VLC tugger attachment with an extender using only 3.5 lbs - 5 lbs so far so good 👍🏼 I can go light stretches and jelqs too. Erect cement stretch and bends the trick is not to hard of a pull.

@oldandlively Since you got some background on these, any prevention tips for blisters on glans happening again? Glan cap with some taping I’m thinking. Thanks

Yes. Go easy on the knob rotation. I only use half rotation for the SS2. That's bringing it up to -4 or even -5inHg. Accidental stretch because you bend over or pull your leg too far when the SS2 is strapped to your knee can push the pressure from -4 to -5inHg to go past -9 or -10inHg instantly. What I did was to use double the penis sleeves over the base of the glans and the vacuum cup to increase the bridging friction. Like I described many times before, I use TheraBand to wrap below the base of the glans to increase the "bulk" of the friction end so it can hold onto glans, shove the glans in as far as I could into the cup, place the first sleeve over the vacuum cup, twist the knob half way to engage the vacuum pressure, and then pull the second sleeve over the first one as far up the cup as I can. First sleeve acts as a vacuum system seal. Second sleeve acts as a traction tension bridge.

Brothers here use SiliSleev#2 or equivalent (3.5mm thickness) for the inside to have better vacuum connection, while using SiliSleev#5 on the outside (5 to 6.5mm thickness) for durability and strong holder for that extra traction. For me, I tend to recycle my old sleeves I have on hand. Sometimes I use two 3.5mm or 4mm, and sometimes I use the thinner and thicker, whichever I have available at the time. My drawers are full of sleeves. Don't expect a sleeve to last too long as you fold, stretch, and scratch them daily. I have quite a few SiliSleevs, but I also purchase quite a few of them on AliExpress as well. I went through them quite a bit. Those who use sleeves from various vacuum type manufacturers will tell you the same thing. Sleeves are comfortable to use, but they are also fast expendable items.
