Im back, not sure what’s happening to the forum but hopefully a daily log of straight work will be beneficial.

Main focus: Length

Routine:
Warmup ( 5 mins ) MSing ( 20 mins ) Hanging ( 3 x 15 mins with 5 lbs last set 2.5 lbs ) ADS golf weight method ( as long as possible )

Breakdown: The warm up is done when i’m done working out leading to no erection problems during length work, light stretches in the warm shower i’m taking to loosen up the dick ( of course cleaning ?) Dry up, go straight into MSing all angles behind the butt cheeks as well ( good ass stretch even in the name ? ) i even throw in some fulcrum stretches, v stretch , DLD blasters , twist stretches for tunica stretch all done in those 20 minutes Usually you would wanna hit all angles first then freestyle the stretches then we would proceed to the hanging which i have ( The MaleHanger ) should’ve gotten the all in one LM ? BUT who cares, 2 x 5 lbs 15 min hanging, finishing off the set 2.5 lbs 15 mins ( i call it the relax pull so it won’t turtle ) then we slap on our ADS for the rest of the day til i sleep. Take off ADS give your dick a 360 no scope home series homer stretch for a good 30 secs with a power stretch for 30 secs.

Would’ve : Jelps would be awesome for this routine but my ADS doesn’t allow me to due to the rings not being too wide also the routine is gonna switch once i get more work in

Any recommendations to add into the routine just comment i’ll be logging my data here

Devices - Hands, golf weights, Hanger ,
Also have SG and Bathmate but that’s not on til later use

The morethe The morethe The morethe The more the The more the intense the stretch is the better the growth will be. But there is room for light stretching when you're using equipment where it can be done over long periods of time. Both have their benefits in PE
 
@DLD Nah i just didn’t have the energy to do anything since i work late nights but that’s ok cause i been doing some research on pe, but it’s crazy how i have to Structure my week, marketing training, work, working out, pe , sex life, everything is scattered for me to figure out which is so fun it gives me drive like a mothafucka i swear i be having low sleep waves 4-5-6 hrs and i’m still killin it, Problem my having is organizing my day, i heard it quote that hit me ( and these quotes always hit me when something is abouta happen ) “if you don’t plan on preparing prepare to fail” Rom Wills It’s like everytime i wake up i gotta immediately have to start i can’t lay back chill and think about it, its something i’ll fix because it’s on my mind daily to the point it gives me drive from just thinking about it , i’ve mastered wrapping its a skill people seem to have problems with from the forums it’s easy adjusting the tightness of the squat , @DLD I am making my dick wet it so when you squat and bend down to get something it’s like your body is made into the wrap if you get what i’m saying?, i made it so when i do these activities it stays on extended, i get a perfect wrap almost everytime ? im thinking of starting to go back to the SG its very useful while me learned how to wrap cause that’s the problem i was having before, the wrapping was terrible and the key for SG is low tension so you can handle long hours, like mastering the SG timing is necessary to medium tension, i say leave the high tension stretches to your hand and hangers SG is for the healing Medium to low tension Ofc Wrap and Comfort strap, i’ve used the VLC attachment for SG but it’s like it’s stretching more skin then ligaments which is a problem because i got more foreskin than anything so added length would make it look natural i’ll be posting stuff ive learned

I have a new exercise I have not put out yet but I’ll try to describe it to you here. Having excess skin is not a problem nor is turkey neck what you need to understand is what to do with that skin. What I suggest is doing erect jelqing but starting your jelq deep within your body including all the skin from your testicles while leaving just enough skin to hold them in place and from their jelq upward, displacing the skin further up your shaft allowing for more length and to cause separation at the base of your penis and where your testicles start. Overtime this will add girth and length and eliminate all turkey neck I will have more specific directions once I have a chance to write out the new routine so keep your eyes open and if you don’t understand me please just have me further explain.
 
The routine/setup I’m going to be using is: heatpad for 10 minutes, 2-3 hours of hanging downwards 2.5 pounds adding more pounds every 3 weeks, basic MSing every 1 hour of hanging after the hanging is done, I do some erect stretches with a combination of SSJ+Jelqs lightly , some Stretches behind the cheeks, and that low down grip stretch so mighty I tell ya. I haven’t found a proper way to use a ADS but when I do I’ll add that. Honestly this might be a lot too soon but I been doing this routine for a week got some of my gains back from a starting 5.95 EL to 6.4 EL now. thats only under a week too. Planning on getting that SRT bundle I wanna see how much I can gain before I purchase it. I’ll keep you brothers posted

I do not think this is too much. This is like a good way to get to SRT. Maybe spend 2 weeks to a month before shifting into SRT. I very pleased with your growth, pat yourself on the back 👏👍👏👍
 
Day 2- 3.5 lbs for 2 hours straight down each side with legs up also did some basic MSing for 15 mins after every hour. SG for 2 hours with VLC tugger. Planning on doing more tonight
 
Day 3 - Heatpad for 10 minutes, 10 minutes of basic MSing, 5 lb hang for 2 hour and 30 minutes, manual stretching between the 1 break ( BTC, Bundled, basic MSing ) 10 minutes of that, also went to sleep did 2 hours of hanging,erect stretching 15 minutes, basic MSing for 30 mins and jelqs and SSJs for 30 mins, cocking for 1 hr
