Video conversion support

Hi brothers,

For those who like to upload videos, especially the instructional videos, let me know. Some of the browsers, like Edge and Chrome, stop supporting the newer version of the H264 compression and playback for the videos. The newer phones and software use the latest H264 compression to save space while preserving the video quality. Unfortunately, these newer compression doesn't get supported by the newer browser. However, I'll help you with the video conversion to the Legacy H264, which happens to still get supported by the browser.

I'll just create a drop off folder for you to share or upload the videos into, and I'll do the rest of the reencoding. You can always share the videos with me privately, and I'll reencode them for you so you can share with the rest of the brothers.

Yep. A 200MB file got fully reduced down to 17MB. Over 10 times.
