Progress thread Vacuum hanging routine

This will be my thread with hanging routine. I have some experience with PE. But this will be my first hanging routine. For now my main focus is length. After achieving my short-term goal i will add also girth workout.

My stats:
BPEL - 7.5"
NBPEL- 7"
BPFSL - 8.3"
EG - 5.5"

Goal(Short-term):
NBPEL - 8"

Goal(Long-term):
NBPEL - 9"
EG - 6.5"
Today workout
vacum hanging:
- 1 set 1kg (30 minutes)
- 1 set 1.7kg (30 minutes)
- 1 set 2.5kg (30 minutes)
4 sets(1h) in stealth stretcher using traction setup. I measured how long was stretched penis and it was around 8". This should suppose to be passive healing.

For now i will go with 4 work days. On Rest day i will be wearing silisleev

Today i changed my passive healing exercise to hanging with low weight. Somehow doing hanging instead of using extender have more sense for me. Because i use for healing the same exercise. The worst thing is that I would like to move already to heavier weights and have some gains like in one month LOL. But i have to remember to keep it easy. I think i will stay with this weights for 3 week. And than i will add more weights (1.5kg, 2.25kg, 3kg).

Today workout
vacuum hanging :
- 1 set 1kg (30 minutes)
- 1 set 1.7kg (30 minutes)
- 1 set 2.5kg (30 minutes)
4 sets(1h) 1kg vacuum hanging for passive healing.

What a great hanging routine that takes into consideration SRT and it’s healing advantages. At one point you might want to try going down the other side of the pyramid reducing weight over three sets. But I think what you’re doing right now is going to get you some really good growth

Today routine was intense. Probably because of yesterday workout. Also I wasn't using any taping or silicap. And i can fell that if im not protecting glans the stretches are more intense. Don't know why. I'm considering not taping or putting silicap on my glans because i would also like to use this vacuum chamber as a tool to increase my head size. For now i don't get any blister or massive fluid retention. After today workout i can feel my dick is tired. Tomorrow I will have a rest day.

Looks good! Are you using the ADS in a active or passive way?
 
I use it in passive way. After hanging i alway wear extender for 3h-4h and penis is streched to my curently BPFSL with medium tension. I am using jes extender so i think it is between 2-3lbs.

This week was 5 days. And felt that i was doing more. Because of less off days i noticed that my penis turtle more. But also visually when not turtled it looked girthier. Also wearing silisleeve to prevent staying too much time in turtle mode. Vacuum chamber for hanging and extending works great as a device but after this 4 weeks i destroyed 4 sleeves. I ordered phanger and will try hanging with clamping device. Next week i will add more weight. So the sets ar going to be 1.5kgx2.5kgx3kg. I don't know why its happening but love when sometimes wearing extender or hanging my penis start to expand in girth. Looks good and feel that this will cause some minor girth gains LOL.

it sounds like you’re having a lot of fun with this and that’s the way it should be. Men who enjoy training gain so much faster than men who detest it.

I read something about while hanging you should reach fatigue. I still don't know how you should know that you have reached fatigue. Can someone explain how to know that you reached fatigue?

Actually you should get to the point of fatigue and from that point continue to work length. In the state of fatigue who’s the best time you can possibly stretch because your pelvic floor muscles are too weak to interfere with the stretch. You know you’ve reached the state when it’s difficult to attain an erection. The state is temporary but is very usable as far as gaining length

Hi dld, thank you for your all advised. Today was a bad day i injured myself. After hanging i noticed a litle bit of blood and got blister. Can you help with healing and what to do next.

First in for most do not pop it, allow it to drain on it’s own. You will need to stay away from compression exercise and pumping until this is healed. Healed means the blister has drained. It’s hard to tell from the picture but is the blood coming from the blister or is the blood coming from your urethra? It looks like a very minor injuries so do not fear! What you can do to speed the process is use a hot compress against the blister two or three times a day and this will allow it to naturally pop on its own and drain without leaving any scars.
 
Thx DLD, there were not so much blood so it was hard to say from where it was coming. But blister already healed. So started hanging again. I will treat this two week as single week because of injury. Let hope i will not have to take a break again.

With 3x30minutes sets (5kg, 5,5, 6kg) oh vacuum hanging and wearing extender 3-4 hours. In this one month i did not have any increase in BPEL, NBPEL, BPFSL (In flaccid length i can see difference).
