This will be my thread with hanging routine. I have some experience with PE. But this will be my first hanging routine. For now my main focus is length. After achieving my short-term goal i will add also girth workout.
My stats:
BPEL - 7.5"
NBPEL- 7"
BPFSL - 8.3"
EG - 5.5"
Goal(Short-term):
NBPEL - 8"
Goal(Long-term):
NBPEL - 9"
EG - 6.5"
Today workout
vacum hanging:
- 1 set 1kg (30 minutes)
- 1 set 1.7kg (30 minutes)
- 1 set 2.5kg (30 minutes)
4 sets(1h) in stealth stretcher using traction setup. I measured how long was stretched penis and it was around 8". This should suppose to be passive healing.
For now i will go with 4 work days. On Rest day i will be wearing silisleev
