Hey, I just noticed when I'm listing to a song on youtube and watching the timer, the session goes much smoother. For example, say your doing 3 sets for 30 sec. in each direction. You can use the timer to time the 30 sec. sets while being motivated by the song. When I did a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] session while listing to ''push it to the limit'' I was stretching hard pushing it to the limit lol and the session went by quick.
