If you want to do Reverse Kegels more effectively during your BM sessions have your session when you feel like you can pee but are also able to hold it for a little while. You'll start your RK push and then it will feel like you're actually about to start peeing. That's when I pull back so I don't flood my BM with pee.
When I'm able to do my BM sessions that way I can really feel the RK push and know I'm doing it effectively. I'm much thicker after the "have to pee" BM sessions. I think the Rk is harder to get right and if you're like me on that a partially full bladder will help greatly.
I haven't peed in my BM yet. I hope I don't end up peeing in my BM.
This usually results in a "I've really gotta pee" jog to the toilet after a session is over but is worth it.
