Urology check-ups?

Forgive me if this topic should be in the “Body Building, Health, Fitness, Diet & Supplements“ forum, but I was wondering when a man should start going for an urologist examination to check if everything is in order like the liver, kidneys, prostate and all that stuff? (I’m 30 years old BTW.)
Regards,
Mal.

Hey Mal, it is a good idea to have a yearly physical, including urological issues.

Ok, thanks guys but I’m scared as shit. I saw some YouTube vids regarding the examinations... Would you tell me about your experiences?
Thanks,
Mal.

Don't be scared. The doctor sticks a couple of fingers up your arse and feels your prostate to make sure it is in good condition. It takes a few seconds and is mildly uncomfortable. It's a hell of a lot better than getting prostate cancer and dying years before your time. Be brave, man.

Like FDR used to say, "All we have to fear is fear itself." It's a once a year thing that can extend your life by many, many years.

In my experience, things like this, screening for liver trouble specifically and any type of cancer screening in general becomes more and more critical the more you've become exposed to toxins. Exposure either by choice, identified toxins in your living environment or as a precaution against unidentified toxins in your living or work environments.

You wouldn't believe how many of my old compatriots have either died, or come damn near to it due to liver cancer in particular. If you work in a known hazardous environment you can just about bank on an almost equal amount of toxic material in that same environment that remains either un-identified or is simply ignored and not reported to the public at large or the workers in question in particular.

i had a prostate test at 15 for some odd resason it felt terrible but like most said just a few sec terrible in the sense it felt gay

Thanks guys, I will be brave – “just do it” and get it over with.
Mal. :)

Nothing to fear at all, you will be fine.
