Uploading pics

Trying to upload new pictures but the uploader on this website is not working with my pictures. Saying my photo files are too big to upload. They were taken using my phone (samsung gs2). Any way to fix this or get around this problem? I wanna post progression pics to my progress thread.

When you take a pic with your phone, change the setting for the pixels to either the lowest or the second from the bottom. Happened with me also. I'm waiting for the answer to my question on my log. Before, you could post to a site than 'url' it no problem with whatever size. Now, it wants small pixel sizes. Use your computer in the 'paint' to also resize it.
