I love it, you really implemented everything we discussed, very impressive! This is going to be s great routine and it is one that can be swapped out with other exercises or tools when you get bored or come to a plateau. This is awesome and I will be here everyday to watch it happen! Good work.
 
Thanks dld for approving my updated routine. And I know I'm making gains because I have not measured since the 1st of last month and I already added another bar to my sizegenetics so cool

Oh my goodness that’s so good to hear! Another bar means you at least made a quarter-inch gain, that’s nothing to laugh at. I’m glad you’re implementing what I’ve suggested as it will speed or gains. Keep up the good work and let me know if there’s any new changes or if there’s anything I can do to help you.
 
Ok thanks for everything dld . And it looks like I am going to reach my goal of 8 to 8 1/2 " inches in no time. You know if I do that I will have doubled my size because I started at 4 1/2 "

Yes you can! I did so anyone can ?? It took a lot of work for me to make that happen but it can be done. I think if I had SRT back in the day I could’ve done this in five years but since I didn’t have all of that awesome equipment it took me 10 years. I practically trained 24 hours a day. When I was awake I was always training and when I was sleeping I was always dreaming about gaining. It takes a certain kind of obsession to be able to make such great gains. It takes a ton of dedication, tenacity, motivation and willingness to increase intensity switching to better tools and exercises when plateaus arrives. I would keep that goal in the back of your mind and for today just work for today. Don’t worry about tomorrow as it will come soon enough.

No problem my brother I’m here to inspire. I always want people to be realistic but at the same time anything that I’ve accomplished I know anyone else can do the same.
 
I wouldn't use words unreachable or so. Work towards the gain, keep an eye on Positive Indicators, enjoy the ride. If you set limitations in your mind, well then those can become limitations.
Affirm to yourself that you can grow. :) With big gains there's always a lot of work behind! Keep at it and hunt for those gains!
