I love it! What I love most about it is the variety in the way that you’ve mixed up exercises that do the same thing to keep things fun and interesting. Making a good routine is all about keeping it fun and fresh. I would like to see you add is some expressive stretching into your daily routine’s and some erect stretching twice a week for 10 minutes. Adding these two exercises is going to increase the speed of gains.
 
So I should add bathmate pulls to my Daily workout . Because that would be expressive & erect stretches right

Those are some of the best expressive stretches I have created! That’s definitely a great way to go. Bathmate Hard-core stretches really pull out internal penis big time

1. Grip the penis an inch below the glans and stretch outward for fifteen to twenty seconds. Don’t stretch vigorously – ease into the stretch.

2. Repeat in other directions (down, up, left, and right).

Cool I'll ad it to my routine 2 times a week and post it sweet.

You will close the gap between your bonepressed-flaccid stretched measurement and your bonepressed-Erect measurement. Very quickly and effectively!

I just saw it and I’m very happy with what you have done, excellent work. Now all you need to do is stick with this every single day stay consistent and the gains will start pouring in!
 
I will thanks alot dld . Every since I started this routine I can tell I'm growing with out even measuring. Plus I do reverse kegels while I stretch. Do you hold reverse kegels the whole stretch or or do you do as many you can in the whole stretch. I usually hold my reverse kegels for the whole stretch.

I hold it for the whole stretch and if you can’t do that yet just keep practicing till you can. It takes a little bit of time to get the pelvic floor muscles strong enough to do either a Kegel or a Reverse Kegel. The reason this works so well is because your pelvic floor muscles are in a state of complete submission allowing you to take advantage of that time to stretch the shaft and ligament. So go as long as you can and try to get to 30 to 60 seconds.
 
I do I can hold it for 60 sec but I have noticed that when I do that I get a tug back.
Put if I put a lot of force & power to the stretch I don't and I can fill the stretch stretch longer. Ps alot of my knowledge has came from you dld thanks
 
Sixty seconds is a great rep! I would say anywhere from 30 - 60 seconds. Another thing you can do is pre-exhaust the pelvic floor muscles by doing an overload of Kegels, girth work or after you have an orgasm, You will not need to worry about doing a reverse Kegels as your pelvic floor muscles will be so fatigued they will not be able to hold back.

Fatigue is a much better way to go then reverse Kegels. When the penises in the state of fatigue the pelvic floor muscles to not hold back the stretch. So after an orgasm you have a refractory period that will allow you to be in a state of fatigue for at least 20 minutes. For that 20 minute. For that 20 minute you will be getting the best stretches you’ve ever gotten.
 
Is there a trick to staying erect this long?

You can do one minute erect stretches if you can’t hold an erection that long. Or hold it as long as you can while stretching. You may wanna invest in some generic Viagra.

Okay sounds good. Yeah when I’m with my gf I have no problem but other than that It doesn’t stand up very long ha

Well that’s kind of normal when you’re with your girlfriend you don’t have to concentrate much on what you’re doing. But during PE you need to concentrate on keeping an erection which can be difficult. That’s why I suggested generic Viagra so it takes all of this worry out of the equation.
